July 11, 2023 – St. Robert, Mo. – CableAmerica will begin work this month on a $5 million upgrade project that will further increase the reliability of its high-speed internet service, while also preparing for the future connectivity needs of the Waynesville and St. Robert communities.
“CableAmerica understands that fast and reliable internet service is critical for keeping our customers connected to the things they care about most,” said CableAmerica Regional General Manager, Tom Hopfinger. “The needs of our residential and business customers are changing rapidly, and we are proactively working to stay ahead of those needs by investing in technological enhancements that will support them now, and well into the future.”
Work on these upgrades is expected to be completed within a year. While crews will do their best to minimize service interruptions, there may be brief, intermittent outages from 8 am – 6 pm.
