Company Management

William G. Jackson, President

    Mr. Jackson is the principal owner and cofounder of CableAmerica. His extensive background in electrical engineering has made technical quality and service a competitive strength of the company. Mr. Jackson's background includes attending General Motors Institute where he studied mechanical engineering. He then transferred to Michigan Technological University where he completed his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. From 1958 to 1980, he owned and operated NWR Electronics in Marquette, MI. NWR primarily served the utility and mining industries in engineered systems and sales. For ten years, Mr. Jackson served on the Board of Directors of The First National Bank and Trust of Marquette and has been a cable operator for over thirty years. Mr. Jackson was inducted into the Arizona Cable Telecommunications Association Pioneer Hall of Fame in 1998.



Christopher A. Dyrek, Executive Vice President

    Mr. Dyrek joined CableAmerica in 1988 and is also Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He is responsible for operational and administrative functions of the Company in addition to treasury and financial reporting operations. Prior to joining CableAmerica, he operated his own broadcast and consulting firm and prior to that was a manager with Deloitte & Touche for seven years. Mr. Dyrek is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.



Alan C. Jackson, Vice President

    Alan Jackson is Vice President, Chief Engineer of the Company. Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Arizona State University in 1986. He is responsible for evaluating all emerging technologies as well as determining and implementing the technical direction of the corporation. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.



Eric W. Jackson, Vice President

    Eric Jackson is Vice President in charge of the Internet operations of the Company. Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University in 1992. He is responsible for the implementing and maintaining of Internet operations throughout the Company. Mr. Jackson has been on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Cable Telecommunications Association since 1994 and served as it's President in 1999.
